A best way to sync Star to PC usning BlueTooth?

I guess this is a real problem to many users.
There is no clear cut instructions on how to sync your Samsung Star phone to a desktop PC using bluetooth. Most of the time it is a trial and error , hit and miss attempts by users, and end up in frustration
and waste of time.

Please - could anyone here spell out a step by step instructions to do this?

1.installing samsung pc suite to desktop pc until finish.
2.plug cable data to your phone and connecting to pc suite untill your phone detected by pc suite.      (optional)
3.disconnecting your phone from pc suite.
3.installing your bluetooth drver till finish.
4.restart your desktop pc.
5.plug your bluetooth device to desktop pc, make the status ON. pair your blutooth with the phone.
6.turn on pc suite and klick detecting phone tool. when small screen appear choose your phone to connect by bluetooth.
7.enjoy!!!
