With/ Without internet connections. without internet connection i get screen saying loading terms and conditions and application hangs. i mean no responce after some time .

also please tell me about skype for s5233s.

The default version has some bugs though..you can install newer version of gmaps through various methods posting @google.

I am afraid the samsung model you have mentioned is not currently supported by Skype. See here for details of supported phones.
