Music player error

my music player stuck when switch between Play and Pause

plz help me to resolve

Try the following:

Option 1:

Switch off your cell, remove your battery and place again, and switch on.

If not works

Option 2:

do the following steps for hard reset

1.  Dial *2767*3855# on keypad and reset your mobile
2. Switch off, remove battery, sim, memory card. 
3. Put them again and switch on your mobile
