Can anyone help me?

I bought this phone last month  it is very nice,but i have a problem. In this days i downloaded some programs and install them but know when i try to install other programs it tell me installation unsuccessful.yesterday i have install clear temp to clean the phone and i think that it delete me some files?

Please help me.
