Opera mini settings

I have installed opera mini 5 in my samsung star.
But when I start the application it tries to connect the internet for installing purpose.
But after few seconds it gives a message with   "Unable to connect the internet check your settings" .
I am able to access the net using the default browser provided in the Phone.
My service provider is MTNL

I think you forgot to have MMS and GPRS Setting of your phone.
